Scope

These terms apply to all treatments, bookings and gift cards of SORAI Massage & Recovery.

Appointments and booking

You can book online or by phone. By booking you accept these terms. Please allow about 20 minutes on top of the booked massage time.

Cancellation and no-shows

You can move or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations or no-shows we charge nothing, cancelling is free for you.

Late arrival

[If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so later appointments are not delayed. The full price applies.]

Prices and payment

Prices at the time of booking apply, in CHF. You can pay by card, TWINT or cash at the studio; online by card.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase and can be used several times until the value is used up. [They cannot be exchanged for cash.]

Health

Our massages are for relaxation and wellbeing and do not replace medical treatment. Please tell us before your massage about any complaints, pregnancy or illness. We may decline a treatment if it is not advisable.

Liability

We are not liable for valuables you bring with you.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is [Baden AG].
